DiRT 3: Complete Edition on PS3 is a high-intensity off-road rally game developed by Codemasters (who also created its two predecessors) and published by THQ, released in May 2011 with the Complete Edition available in March 2012. The Complete Edition includes the original DiRT 3 game, which received the title of 'Racing Game of the Year' from GameSpot, all released updates, 13 new cars (BMW M3 Rally, Lancia Delta S4, Ford Focus Rallycross, Chevrolet Camaro SSX Concept, Lancia Stratos, Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2, Citroen C4 Rallycross, Ford Mustang GT, Ford Escort Mk II – Ken Block Special Edition, Mini Cooper S Gymkhana), 12 new tracks in two new locations, new music and liveries for the cars. The game offers more cars, territories, tracks, and competitions than previous titles, with an improved physics and weather system, online multiplayer mode for up to 8 players, and the iconic Gymkhana mode for freestyle racing on DJ tracks.
