S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Prypiat – Enhanced Edition is a modernized version of the 2009 open-world survival shooter-RPG set in the Zone around Chernobyl. You play special service agent Major Degtyarev, investigating the fate of a failed military operation while surviving anomalies, mutants, and faction conflict. The Enhanced Edition adds atmospheric visual upgrades like god rays, improved global illumination, water shaders, skyboxes, wetness effects, upscaled textures, upgraded weapon FOV and models, multiple bug fixes, QoL tweaks, and full gamepad support while preserving the original gameplay systems.
