Please Be Happy is a slice-of-life visual novel set in a fictional version of Wellington, New Zealand. Born as a fox in the forests of Korea, Miho remembers a traveler who showed her kindness and spoke of home, and has spent a long time searching for that person while wandering the world. Now more human than fox and working as a thief, she’s seen plenty of humanity’s worst—until meeting Juliet, an old vampire who runs a library, and Aspen, a barista and aspiring novelist, who slowly teach her about kindness, belonging, and what it means to be truly happy.
